MY FAVOURITE SONGS AND LYRICS
1.Heaven
Heaven Lyrics
Oh - thinkin about all our younger years
There was only you and me
We were young and wild and free
Now nothin can take you away from me
Weve been down that road before
But thats over now
You keep me comin back for more
And baby, youre all that I want
When youre lyin here in my arms
Im findin it hard to believe
Were in heaven
And love is all that I need
And I found it there in your heart
It isnt too hard to see
Were in heaven
Oh - once in your life you find someone
Who will turn your world around
Bring you up when youre feelin down
Yeah - nothin could change what you mean to me
Oh theres lots that I could say
But just hold me now
Cause our love will light the way
And baby, youre all that I want
When youre lyin here in my arms
Im findin it hard to believe
Were in heaven
And love is all that I need
And I found it there in your heart
It isnt too hard to see
Were in heaven
Ive been waitin for so long
For somethin to arrive
For love to come along
Now our dreams are comin true
Through the good times and the bad
Yeah - Ill be standin there by you
And baby, youre all that I want
When youre lyin here in my arms
Im findin it hard to believe
Were in heaven
And love is all that I need
And I found it there in your heart
It isnt too hard to see
Were in heaven, heaven, oooh
Youre all that I want
Youre all that I need
Were in heaven
Were in heaven
Were in heaven

2.Everything I do
Everything I do Lyrics
Look into my eyes – you will see
What you mean to me.
Search your heart, search your soul
And when you find me there youll search no more.
Dont tell me its not worth tryin for.
You cant tell me its not worth dyin for.
You know its true:
Everything I do, I do it for you.
Look into your heart – you will find
Theres nothin there to hide.
Take me as I am, take my life.
I would give it all, I would sacrifice.
Dont tell me its not worth fightin for
I cant help it, theres nothin I want more
You know its true:
Everything I do, I do it for you, oh, yeah.
Theres no love like your love
And no other could give more love.
Theres nowhere unless youre there
All the time, all the way, yeah.
Look into your heart, baby...
Oh, you cant tell me its not worth tryin for.
I cant help it, theres nothin I want more.
Yeah, I would fight for you, Id lie for you,
Walk the wire for you, yeah, Id die for you.

Everything I do, oh, I do it for you.
Everything I do, darling.
You will see its true.

Yeah!
Search your heart and your soul
You cant tell its not worth dying for
Ill be there
Id walk the fire for you
Id die for you
Oh, yeah.
Im going all the time, all the way.
3.Summer of 69
Summer of 69 Lyrics
I got my first real six-string
Bought it at the five-and-dime
Played it til my fingers bled
It was the summer of 69
Me and some guys from school
Had a band and we tried real hard.
Jimmy quit, Jody got married
I shouldve known wed never get far
Oh, when I look back now
That summer seemed to last forever
And if I had the choice
Yeah, Id always wanna be there
Those were the best days of my life
Aint no use in complainin
When youve got a job to do
Spent my evenings down at the drive-in
And thats when I met you, yeah
Standin on your mamas porch
You told me that youd wait forever
Oh, and when you held my hand
I knew that it was now or never
Those were the best days of my life
Oh, yeah.
Back in the summer of 69, oh.
Man we were killin time
We were young and restless
We needed to unwind
I guess nothin can last forever, forever, no!
And now the times are changin
Look at everything thats come and gone
Sometimes when I play that old six-string
I think about you, wonder what went wrong
Standin on your mamas porch
You told me that itd last forever
Oh, and when you held my hand
I knew that it was now or never
Those were the best days of my life
Oh, yeah.
Back in the summer of 69, oh.
It was the summer of 69, oh, yeah.
Me and my baby in 69, oh.
It was the summer, the summer, the summer of 69, yeah.
4.Back To You
Back To You Lyrics
Ive been down - Ive been beat
Ive been so tired-that I could not speak
Ive been so lost thatt I could not see
I wanted things that were out of reach
then I found you and you helped me through
and ya showed me what to do
And thats why Im comin back to you...
[Chorus:]
Like a star that guides a ship across the ocean
thats how your love will take me home back to you
And if I wish upon that star - someday Ill be where you are
I know that day is coming soon - ya, Im coming back to you.
Youve been alone, but ya did not show it
Youve been in pain, but did not know it
Let me do what I needed to - you were there when I needed you
Mighta let you down, mighta messed you round
but ya never changed your point of view
and thats why Im comin back to you...
[Repeat Chorus]
Im coming back to you
Im coming back to you
Im coming back to you
That day is coming soon
Im coming back to you

Why is sea water salty and Why cant humans drink salt water
The water of the oceans is salty because the rivers dissolve salt minerals from the mountains and bring them into the sea.
When the water evaporates at the surface the salt remains.
Over millions of years, the amount of salt reached such a scale that the sea water has become undrinkable.
The ocean water in estuaries is a mix of fresh and ocean water, so the salinity there is less than the open ocean. Also, bottom water almost always contains more salt than surface waters.
This is the main reason why humans can’t drink salt water.
When extra salts enter the body, it will try to expel them as quickly as possible. The kidneys will try to flush the salts out in the urine, and in the process, it will pump out large amount of water - more than taken.
This leads to dehydration, and the cells and organs will not be able to function properly.
The Dead Sea water has so many minerals, that the head and shoulders of the swimmers are always out.
The Dead Sea is actually a large, narrow salt lake, which lies between the River Jordan and the State of Israel. It, has the lowest elevation in the world, about 400 meters below the surface of the Mediterranean Sea.

When the water evaporates at the surface the salt remains.
Over millions of years, the amount of salt reached such a scale that the sea water has become undrinkable.
What is salinity?
The salt content in seawater, expressed in grams, is called salinity. The average ocean salinity is 35ppt, which means that in every kilogram (1000 grams) of seawater, 35 grams are salt. The ocean water in estuaries is a mix of fresh and ocean water, so the salinity there is less than the open ocean. Also, bottom water almost always contains more salt than surface waters.
Why cant humans drink salt water?
The ocean animals have same salinity inside their bodies as the water outside, because the water likes a balance. If for example salt water animal is placed in fresh water, the fresh water will enter into the animal through its skin. Also, if fresh water animal found is placed into salty water, the water inside of it will rush out. This process in which water flows from an area of high concentration (lots of water, little salt) to an area of low concentration (little water, lots of salt) is called osmosis.
The Dead Sea is the saltiest sea in the world, six times saltier from the water in the oceans!

The Dead Sea is actually a large, narrow salt lake, which lies between the River Jordan and the State of Israel. It, has the lowest elevation in the world, about 400 meters below the surface of the Mediterranean Sea.

The Simple and Best Ways To Stick To Your Weight Loss Plan
The issue with reducing your weight is searching ways to stick with your weight loss plan with so many distractions sabotaging your efforts. The call of tantalizing sweets or a busy schedule heading the list, and also who can say no to chocolate cupcakes? Some have the strength, but I certainly don’t! Every weight loss program has an end goal. If you are eager to accomplish it, then stick to my best 7 methods to stick to your weight loss plan.

- START SMALLSome ladies jump right into the weight loss program, but the bestadviceis to move it slow. Begin with small changes in your eating routine; add in a little fun workout such as Zumba and with small steps integrate your weight-loss strategy into your lifestyle. A few weeks of consistent concentrate on the changes you can manage, and you will notice outcomes that brings you nearer to your fitness goals.
- FIND A DIET BUDDYYou and a weight-loss buddy can be each other’s moral and emotional assistance as you follow the diet plan which includes discussing better ways to stay fit. Basically, being there for each other as «weight loss sisters». If you are having problems with weight-loss, there is absolutely no better companion than an empathetic buddy.
- SCHEDULE YOUR MEALSIt is easier to manage what you consume if you have a set time for your meals. It is understandably hard to restrain yourself until the hands of the clock give you permission, but you need to try. It also assists to prepare small portions of healthy snacks in your fridge so you can have a little nibble when you feel the hunger.
- DEAL WITH EMOTIONAL EATINGIf you consume because you are sad or unhappy, then it is not easy to follow any weight loss program without 1st dealing with these feelings. You have to listen to your body, ask yourself the reason behind your requirement for food, is it a physical urge or are you just looking to unburden your emotional stress. Once you can tell the difference, it is just a matter of managing yourself
- AVOID TROUBLE ZONESYour favorite bakery, McDonalds... any place which compels you to break your weightloss plan should be avoided at all costs. It is best to take a different route from work instead of crying over gained calories. If you can’t avoid these kinds of dens of temptation, then mentally fortify yourself against them. Remind yourself of your weightloss plan and your goals and avoid with all your might or better still - take a friend to bodily restrain you.
- KEEP THE REWARDS IN MINDPush yourself towards your weight loss goals. Every time you feel like giving up, help remind yourself of your reward. A healthy body. A trim waist. To finally fit into your old jeans. The benefits must be continuously in the forefront of your mind and you must always tell yourself you can do it.
- OVERCOME SETBACKSIn the beginning, you may fall off the wagon a few times, your resolve may waver and you will dive into fast food and sweets. Don’t be disheartened; pick yourself up and also vow to stay true to your weight loss plan. What is important is your dedication, not how many times you fall.
Do you think these tips are useful? Which of them is most effective for you? I would like to know what works for you, so please share!

Carbohydrates Classification and the Role of Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are one of the substances that are required in the human metabolic system. Carbohydrates include the most abundant organic compound on earth. These compounds have a variety of functions in the human metabolic system performance, mainly as a reserve food as "fuel", and builder materials.
In addition, carbohydrates also have a stake in the process of photosynthesis. In the process of photosynthesis, plants convert carbon dioxide into carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are the main energy-forming substances humans in performing all daily activities. Sources of carbs include whole grains and their processed products and tubers.
Classification of Carbohydrates
Monosaccharide
Monosaccharides are the simplest carbohydrates because the molecule consists only of a few atoms C and can not be described by way of hydrolysis into other carbohydrates. Monosaccharides divided into two, namely aldose and ketosa. Examples of aldose called glucose and galactose. While ketosa example is fructose.
Disaccharide
Disaccharide is a carbohydrate that is formed from two monosaccharide molecules bonded through-OH groups by releasing water molecules. Examples of disaccharides are sucrose, lactose, and maltose.
Polysaccharides
Polysaccharides are carbohydrates composed of many saccharides as a monomer. The general formula is C6 polysaccharides (H10O5) n. Examples of polysaccharides are cellulose, glycogen, and starch.
Biological Role of Carbohydrates
Role of the Biosphere
The process of photosynthesis to provide food for almost all life on earth, either directly or indirectly. Organisms autotraof (which can turn into organic inorganic materials), such as green plants, bacteria and algae utilize direct result of photosynthesis. While the majority of heterotrophic organisms (which require organic compounds), including humans really depends on the organism autrotrof to get food.
Role As Fuel and Nutrition
Carbohydrates provide the necessary basic needs of living bodies. For example, glucose (from carbohydrate compounds) which is the main nutrient cells. The bodys cells to absorb glucose and retrieve the stored energy to run the bodys cells. For humans, carbohydrates are a source of nutrients. In one gram of carbohydrates, there is an energy value equal to 4 calories.
Role In Energy Reserves
Several types of polysaccharides serve as energy reserves. Later, the stored energy will be hydrolysis to provide sugar to the cells when needed. Starch is a polysaccharide deposits in plants. Plants accumulate starch as granules or granules in the plastid organelles, including kroloplas. By synthesizing starch, herbs can pile up excess glucose. Glucose is the main fuel cell, so that the starch is stored energy.
The Role As a matter Builders
Organisms building materials stronger than structural polysaccharides. For example, cellulose is the main component of plant cell walls. Cellulose is like fibers, clay, insoluble in water, and is found mainly in the stalk, stem, branches, and all the woody parts of the plant tissue. Wood is mainly composed of cellulose and other polysaccharides. For example, hemicellulose, and pectin. Meanwhile, the cotton is made almost entirely of cellulose.
The Role As a Regulatory Fat Metabolism
Carbohydrates prevent the oxidation of fats that are not perfect. If enough energy is not available, will result in increased catabolism of fat. As a result, the accumulation of ketone bodies in the blood and occurs acidity.
Role For Protein saver
Energy is the bodys primary needs. Therefore, if the carbohydrates that come from insufficient food, protein is converted to produce an amount of energy. In fact, the protein has a primary function as builder substances and tissue repair. In order to be used according to its function, carbohydrate must be met in the daily menu.
Carbohydrate Sources
Carbohydrate is the main nutrient that must exist in a serving of the main meal, for the benefit of carbohydrates as a source of human energy. Eating foods with no carbohydrates cause us to be easily limp, no spirit and activity would quickly attacked panyakit.
There are a number of foods that contain high carbohydrates commonly consumed by humans. Heres a row of staple foods that contain carbohydrates, and used as a staple food in many countries:
- Rice
Rice is one of the most food sources consumed by humans. Especially Austronesian people, food consumption patterns, they are highly dependent on rice or rice. Rice is classified as plant seeds that live in watery land. Grain crops is a type of age only 110 to 115 days from planting seeds. Type of carbohydrate content of rice is amylose and amylopectin. In addition contains a lot of carbohydrates, there are other nutrients that sugar, protein, calcium, minerals and vitamin B.
The part that can be consumed in addition to grain inner skin is also better known as bran. Collected when the rice bran penggilangan process. The trick is filtered and separated between the outer skin / damen, bran / rice barn and white rice. Bran is rich in vitamin B complex that are beneficial to human health.
In the world there are many types of rice farming that each have their own characteristics and nutritional value are different. For example, grain glutinous rice white color and when ditanak result becomes sticky. Glutinous rice more delicious when made into snacks, or even ground into flour. There was also a red rice Vitamin B complex the sometimes higher than other types of rice.
- Yam
Yam or cassava is a staple food of high carbohydrates derived from types of tubers. Cassava in Latin Manihot esculenta, Euphorbiaceae in the tribe. Cassava leaves can be consumed by humans as a vegetable or also used as fodder.
In Indonesia, there are some people who make cassava as a staple food, namely rural Wonogiri and Gunung Kidul. They cultivate cassava as the land in which they live, it is very difficult to grow rice. Rice can not grow well in soil with minimal water. Therefore, mountain residents prefer cassava as staple food source. Moreover, the excess of cassava can grow on barren soil water content slightly. Additionally yam or cassava durable long-term storage. Cassava is preserved called cassava.
The content of nutrients in cassava is very diverse including: calories 121 cal, 34.00 grams carbohydrates, 33.00 grams of calcium, and also other phosphor, vitamin B 1, minerals, sugars, and so forth. Even today it is still consumed cassava but has undergone a process of modification of food. Cassava can be a wide variety of foods such as cassava cake, getuk, brownies and more.
- Potato
Potatoes are also included in the staple foods of plant tubers that contain high carbohydrates. According to historical sources, the potato Latin name Solanum tuberosum L. originated from South America. Is the main food Indian society. Potato is cultivated in Europe thanks to Christopher Columbus who brought home a sample of the food crops of the Americas. And eventually become one of the staples of Europeans and Americans.
Potato plants can flourish only in the upland farm, the weather was cold only. Soils used must be kept loose in order to maximize the growth of the tuber. Potatoes are seasonal crops, which is short. In the plant there are many bulbs that dihubangkan the root fibers. Potato tubers wrapped in yellow skin while the meat was thin and watery yellow.
Nutrient content in the potato is very diverse, which must contain carbohydrates, but the sugar content is very low. It also contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, fiber and calcium. Therefore, people with diabetes are encouraged to change the diet of rice is replaced with boiled potatoes, to control blood sugar levels. Potatoes are also very well taken daily as to diet, lose weight.
- Corn
Another food that is a source of carbohydrate is maize or Zea mays L. This plant is actually derived from the Latin American continent, tepatny from South and Central America. Maize is the staple food of the Aztecs and American Indians. Its history is the same as the potato spread to the world through the medium of sailors. Americans use corn as the primary protein source, while in Indonesia there are also people who make maize as a staple food, which is in Madura and communities on the island of Flores. The content of nutrients and carbohydrates in maize is similar to rice and wheat. So eating a plate of rice corn nutritional value equal to a serving of hot rice.
Such reviews about the benefits of carbohydrates and other foods that contain high energy. Hopefully useful.
